What suburbs do you service?

SnapTight Plumbers and Roofers service all areas of Metropolitan Melbourne and surrounding suburbs.

What are your trading hours?

Our office and sales team operate from 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday (Please call 1300 792 784  for any emergency work needed on weekends)

What payment options do you accept?

SnapTight Plumbers and Roofers accept Internet transfers (EFT, Paypal, BPay) , Cash and Cheque

How does the weather affect your work?

For Occupational Health and Safety purposes, SnapTight are not able to work on your roof if it is raining or excessively windy. We will return to your job as soon as the weather improves and the job site is deemed safe.

How long will the work on my property take?

Your salesman will advise you on an estimated time of completion depending on exactly what type of work is being done.

Will I need to be at home while work is being completed?

No. Our tradesmen are able to undertake the work without requiring access inside your house. On some occasions, we may require access around the house including the backyard. We will advise you of this during the initial appointment when quoting.

How much does an initial quote cost?

Our company provides a free initial quote for you. During these appointments our salesman will  thoroughly explain our range of products and services available to you. Our salesman will then need to carry out a quick roof/gutter inspection to find out what options will best suit your needs. You will then be given a written quotation on all required work that you have decided on.
